Warranty Validity Prerequisites

  • Installation was performed by our authorized team or another professionally qualified contractor in strict accordance with technical instructions.
  • The product is used in accordance with its intended purpose and the instructions for use and maintenance.
  • Regular care and maintenance is performed.
  • Any visual defects or damage are reported immediately upon delivery or installation.
  • No unauthorized interventions or modifications have been made during the warranty period.

Warranty covers

  • Structural stability and strength of profiles (no deformation or warping).
  • Durability of powder-coated surfaces against peeling and cracking (in accordance with Qualicoat standards).
  • Resistance to crack formation on profile surfaces not caused by mechanical impact.
  • Protection against abnormal color changes (chalking) that exceed natural aging processes.

  • Mechanical damage after installation (scratches, impacts, damage from construction work).
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning agents (acids, abrasives, solvents). We recommend pH-neutral products.
  • Installation less than 5 km from the coastline or in aggressive industrial environments without special protection.
  • Minor aesthetic deviations not visible to the naked eye from a distance of 3 meters in diffused natural light.
  • Temporary physical phenomena of bimetallic effect on dark colors in strong sunlight.

Warranty covers

  • Permanent airtightness of hermetically sealed inter-pane space (preventing condensation inside the insulating unit).
  • Permanent retention of thermal and acoustic properties of installed glazing.
  • Visual quality and transparency of glass in accordance with European standard EN 1279 tolerances.

  • Thermal breakage of glass due to partial shading, stickers, improper heating/cooling, or obstructed ventilation.
  • Surface condensation (fogging) on the exterior of the element or in the living space (a physical phenomenon due to humidity and temperature differences, not a glass defect).
  • Visual defects within EN 1279 standard tolerances (e.g., interference or rainbow effect).
  • Breakage or mechanical damage to glass after installation (impacts, cracks, scratches).

Warranty covers

  • Proper mechanical operation of all moving parts (hinges, locks, latches, sliding mechanisms).
  • Operation of installed electronic components (motorized locks, fingerprint readers, controllers).
  • Element sealing and closing functionality with proper maintenance.

  • Failures resulting from neglected regular annual maintenance (lubrication of hardware and seals, cleaning of tracks).
  • Normal wear of consumable parts (batteries, seals, sliders).
  • Damage due to forceful use, foreign objects in the mechanism, or overload.
  • Electronic failures due to power surges or improper electrical installation.
  • Interventions by unauthorized persons in hardware or electronics settings.
  • Fingerprint reader malfunctions due to damaged skin, dirt, or wet fingers.

Spare Parts Availability Guarantee

We guarantee service support and availability of original or functionally equivalent replacement parts to maintain product functionality for at least 10 years after installation.
