A premium product deserves premium installation – otherwise its full potential remains unrealised. Improper fitting can cause thermal bridges, poor sealing and difficulties with opening and closing. That's why we professionally install and adjust every element, ensuring optimal sealing, smooth operation and energy efficiency.
Installation Methods
We offer two installation methods, tailored to your building's requirements and expectations for energy efficiency:
Classic Installation
A proven installation method that ensures reliable operation and long product lifespan.
- Mechanical anchoring of the frame into the building opening with anchors or screws.
- Thermal and acoustic insulation of the joint with polyurethane foam, which requires protection with finishing layers.
- Joint sealing for long-term protection against weather conditions and optimal thermal insulation.
- Fine adjustment of hinges for flawless opening and closing.
- Opening preparation: the substrate should be load-bearing and stable (without crumbling or loose particles).
RAL Installation
Installation according to RAL guidelines for maximum energy efficiency and long-lasting sealing.
- Three-layer sealing of the joint between the element and the wall.
- Outer layer: resistant to driving rain and vapour-permeable (protects against weather, allows drying).
- Middle layer: thermal and acoustic insulation (reduces thermal bridges).
- Inner layer: airtight and more vapour-tight (reduces risk of condensation in the joint).
- Opening preparation: requires finely finished reveals (plastered or smoothed) for sealing layers (tapes, foils or system compounds).

Pre-Installation
For smooth installation, please ensure the following conditions are met:
Common Requirements (for both methods)
- Opening and Dimensions: For an indicative quote, please provide approximate dimensions. Before production begins, we arrange an on-site visit for precise measurements and coordinate key installation details.
- Access: Ensure clear access for the delivery vehicle and unobstructed transport of elements to the installation site.
- Space: Protect or remove sensitive surfaces and objects near the installation area.
- Electricity: For products with smart features, ensure wiring according to the technical documentation.
- Presence: Please be present at the start of installation (brief consultation with the team leader) and at completion (handover and usage instructions). Your presence is not required during the work.
Additional for RAL Installation
- Contact surfaces where sealing layers are applied must be finely finished and flat (plastered or smoothed).
- The substrate for sealing layers must be stable, dry and dust-free.
Installation Process
Installation of all aluminium elements follows established steps that ensure quality and longevity:
Common Steps
- Protection of the installation area and brief coordination check on site (dimensions, details, process).
- Removal of existing elements (if part of the order).
- Installation and anchoring of frames into the opening.
- Joint sealing between frame and wall (classic or RAL).
- Insertion of sashes or glazing and hardware installation.
- Fine adjustment, operation testing and cleaning of the work area.
Entrance Doors
Entrance doors are the central element of the facade and the first impression of your home. Key installation specifics:
- Fine adjustment of multi-point locking.
- Setup of smart features if installed (fingerprint reader, keypad).
- Upon request, we bring samples of popular RAL colours, wood decors and other finishes to your viewing, so you can verify your choice in person. You can change the colour, decor or finish before production begins.
- We also advise on flush (level) threshold installation where the construction and building detail allows.
Windows
Aluminium windows combine exceptional thermal insulation with minimalist aesthetics. Installation highlights:
- Precise hardware adjustment for long-term reliability and effortless operation.
- We ensure drainage and joints are executed so the window maintains functionality long-term.
- With RAL installation, we additionally verify proper execution of the inner airtight layer.
Panoramic Walls
Panoramic walls (lift-and-slide systems) are technically sophisticated products requiring precise installation for optimal operation. Installation requirements:
- Precise levelling of the bottom track for smooth and flawless sliding.
- Fine adjustment of the mechanism and testing in all positions.
- For larger elements, we coordinate logistics in advance to ensure calm and orderly progress on site.
- If you want a flush or low threshold, we coordinate the on-site detail to ensure reliable sealing and effective drainage.
Glass Facades
Glass facades are complex building elements. Installation specifics:
- We coordinate installation with construction phases (substructure, finishing, access).
- We execute installation precisely and perform final joint inspection.
- After completion, cleaning and handover inspection follows.
Post-Installation
At completion, we jointly check operation, appearance and installation details. We demonstrate use and maintenance and complete the handover protocol.
Additional Services
In addition to installation, we also provide by arrangement:
- Professional removal of existing elements.
- Organised disposal of removed elements with appropriate and environmentally friendly handling.
- Reveal renovation and finishing construction work by prior agreement.
We always carry out removal carefully and cautiously, but damage to plaster, walls, reveals or facade may still occur as it cannot always be completely prevented. During the preliminary viewing, we agree whether we carry out any necessary renovation or you arrange it yourself.
